How to Participate:
If you are interested in commenting in writing on items on the agenda please send an email to comments@bozemanmt.gov or visit the Public Comment Page prior to 12:00 p.m. on the day of the meeting. At the direction of the City Commission, anonymous public comments are not distributed to the City Commission or staff.
Public comments will also be accepted in-person and through video conference during the appropriate agenda items but you may only comment once per item and oral comments are usually limited to three (3) minutes.
As always, the meeting will be recorded and streamed through the Commission's video page and available in the City on cable channel 190.

Public comment on items within the Consent Agenda will be called for prior to the City Commission vote for approval. Oral comments are usually limited to three (3) minutes.

Public Comment on Non-agenda Items Falling Within the Purview and Jurisdiction of the Commission
This is the time to comment on any matter falling within the scope of the Bozeman City Commission. There will also be time in conjunction with each agenda item for public comment relating to that item but you may only speak once per topic. Please note, the City Commission cannot take action on any item which does not appear on the agenda. All persons addressing the City Commission shall speak in a civil and courteous manner and members of the audience shall be respectful of others. Please state your name, and state whether you are a resident of the city or a property owner within the city in an audible tone of voice for the record and limit your comments to three (3) minutes.

H.1 Ordinance Provisional Adoption of the 2026 Unified Development Code Housekeeping Amendments 1, to Amend Section 38.530.040 Unified Development Code, BMC, to Amend Parking in the B-3 District After October 1, 2026, Application 26307(Saunders)
Consider the Motion: Having reviewed and considered the Project report, draft ordinance, public comment, recommendation from the Community Development Board, and all information presented, I hereby adopt the findings presented in the parking amendment project report for application 26307 and move to provisionally adopt the ordinance revising parking in the B-3 zoning district on or after October 1, 2026.
H.2 Ordinance Provisional Adoption for the 2026 Unified Development Code Housekeeping Amendments 1, to Amend Chapter 38 Unified Development Code, Bozeman Municipal Code, to Address Legacy Short Term Rentals in the RA district, Application 26307(Saunders)
Consider the motion: Having reviewed and considered the Project report, draft ordinances, public comment, recommendation from the Community Development Board, and all information presented, I hereby adopt the findings presented in the Short Term Rental project report for application 26307 and move to provisionally adopt {Ordinance Alternative 1 or Alternative 2}.
H.3 A Resolution Changing the Name of Thomas Drive to North 27th Avenue(Lonsdale)
Consider the Motion: After incorporating the information in the staff report, oral findings made by the Commission during the public hearing, information contained in the proposed resolution, and after considering all protests and public comment, I move to adopt the Resolution renaming Thomas Drive to North 27th Avenue.
H.4 A Resolution Changing the Name of Graf Street East of Tracy Avenue to East Graf Street(Lonsdale)
Consider the Motion: After incorporating the information in the staff report, oral findings made by the Commission during the public hearing, information
contained in the proposed resolution, and after considering all protests and public comment, I move to adopt the Resolution renaming Graf Street east of Tracy Avenue to East Graf Street.

Consider the Motion: I move to appoint one City Commission appointee to a term ending June 2029.
J.2 Appointments to the Historic Preservation Advisory Board(Newby)
Consider the Motion: I move to appoint to appoint one member to the Historic Preservation Advisory Board to the at-large position with a term expiring June 30, 2028 and two members with Professional Designation with terms expiring June 30, 2028
