a. Variance 2022-017: Installation of a septic system in an area with ground water that is less than 48-inches (4 feet) from natural ground surface. (Administrative Rules of Montana (ARM) 17.36.914(3) Technical Requirements). Groundwater was monitored and found to come as high as 44-inches below ground surface
