At the direction of the City Commission, anonymous public comments are not distributed to the City Commission or staff.

This is the time to comment on any matter falling within the scope of the Bozeman City Commission. There will also be time in conjunction with each agenda item for public comment relating to that item but you may only speak once per topic. Consider the Motion: Having reviewed and considered the staff report, application materials, public comment, recommendation of the Zoning Commission, and all information presented, I hereby adopt the findings presented in the staff report for application 25035 and move to provisionally adopt the Vaquero Land Swap Zone Map Amendment Ordinance.

Consider the Motion: After incorporating the information in the staff report, oral findings made by the Commission during the public hearing, information contained in the proposed resolution, and after considering all protests and public comment, I hereby move to adopt the Resolution to change the name of Elaine Lane to Fly Fisher Run.
