The City of Bozeman is excited to announce its continued partnership with the WaterSense® certified landscaping educators at Green Gardens Group to offer homeowners a free, three day Watershed Wise Landscaping academy this May! Ask specific questions about your own yard and garden, receive a class specific workbook, get inspired, and learn to transform your yard into a water smart landscape. Select Climate Ready Plants Like a Pro & Design a New Landscape – Saturday, May 9th 9-11:30am
Attend a free, in-person class at the Bozeman Public Safety Center community room. Spend your Saturday learning about the considerations you should have when choosing plants and how to create the garden you have always imagined. These classes will cover the following topics:
- Plant adaptation and influence on its environment
- Develop your inner ‘green thumb’
- Tactics for converting conventional landscapes
- Consideration when designing your dream garden
