Ice Rinks in Bozeman:

ALL ice rinks are CLOSED for the 2024/2025 winter season.

There is no set open or close date because rink construction is dependent on the weather.

City of Bozeman Public Skating Rinks:

  • Southside Park: Fifth Avenue and College Street
    • Upper/Tennis Court Rink: CLOSED
    • Lower/Field Rink: CLOSED
  • Beall Park: Villard Street and Black Avenue CLOSED
  • Anderson Pavilion at Bogert Park: 325 S Church CLOSED

Rink Hours:

  • Monday-Friday: noon-10 pm
  • Saturday and Sunday: 10 am-10 pm
  • Bogert Rink is closed to the public Tuesdays and Thursdays 3:30pm-6pm January 21st through February 13th for ice skating lessons

Rink Rules:

  • No smoking or alcohol on the ice or in the warming hut. 
  • No dogs.
  • No rough play. 
  • No skating on soft ice. Rinks will be closed when ice is soft. 
  • Drop-in informal hockey is allowed on the upper Southside Rink (Fifth Avenue and College Street)
