The Story Mansion is available for the public to rent for meetings, dinners, receptions and other special occasions. Reservations may be made up to 12 months in advance.

To Rent This Facility:
- There are two ways to rent this facility:
- You can view availability and make an online reservation. You may only reserve this facility online more than one week in advance. If it is less than one week, you must reserve in person.
- Stop by our office at the Story Mill Community Center (600 Bridger Drive) during office hours (Monday-Thursday 9am-4pm or Friday 9am-2pm). If you are a nonprofit please make your reservation in person in order to get the nonprofit rate.
Other Information:
- A security/cleaning deposit of $500 is required and will hold your reservation.
- Facility Refund Policy: When a reservation is cancelled or a change is requested more than 14 days prior to the reservation date, a $25 processing fee will be held from the deposit. If the cancellation or change occurs 14 days or less, the full deposit will be held back.

* Fees are based off if you live within City limits of Bozeman or outisde of City Limits of Bozeman, not the state of Montana.
Non-profit rates are 50% off and apply to Beall Center, Lindley Center, and Story Mansion fees only. Documentation proof is required. The deposit must be made in the name of the non-profit, either by check or credit card.
