Moving Out? Don't Curb Your Crap

It might seem like no big deal to leave an old couch or desk outside when you move, but abandoned furnishings can create safety and health hazards. If you can’t donate or sell your stuff, have the City of Bozeman come pick it up! We’ll dispose of it responsibly, and we’ll thank you for being a good citizen.

If there are multiple students in your household wanting to dispose of a bulky item, please submit forms separately and please enter the same date to request pickup. Once your request is submitted, it gets added to our crew's route and we'll do our best to get to your residence within two days of your requested date.

Items that we will pick up

  • Couch/sofa
  • Mattress + box spring (count as 1 item!)
  • Chair
  • Table
  • Desk
  • Dresser
  • Items too big to fit in a garbage bin

We will NOT accept

  • Bags of trash
  • Refrigerators (of any size)
  • Air conditioning units
  • Hazardous waste (used oil, paint etc)
